Some of the services provided by Alson Jewelers:
Authorized Rolex Service Center
- Being distinguished as a Rolex Authorized Service Center, we are among the select few retailers who have received training from Rolex and are approved to work on Rolex watches. We guarantee that every watch that leaves our repair center meets its aesthetic and functional specifications. In addition to Rolex, we service many Swiss Brands including Cartier, Breitling, Omega, Tag Heuer and many more.
Watch Battery Replacements
If your timepiece has a quartz movement, its cell or battery will need to be replaced on average every 18 months for the life of the watch. Drop off your watch today and the battery will be replaced by 1pm the following day. On Saturdays, we replace batteries and do minor adjustments while you wait.
Water resistance testing
If your watch is water resistant our watchmakers will replace the rubber seals in the case, crown, and case tube. Once the work has been performed your watch will be fully tested to ensure that it is water resistant before it leaves our watchmaker’s care.
New Watch Straps and Bracelets
Is your watch in need of a replacement strap or bracelet? Bring it into Alson and we can order the proper replacement for you.
Link Adjustment
Need a link added or removed? Bring in your watch, in most cases we can do this while you wait.
Bracelet cleaning
The most common item to wear out on any watch is the bracelet. Dirt gets in between the bracelet links, acts as an abrasive, and causes the bracelet to stretch and wear out.
Crystal Replacement
Our watchmakers can replace most crystals if they become scratched or damaged. A damaged crystal can be of concern as that poses an opportunity for moisture or dirt to get inside.
Factory Repairs
In some instances, your watch will need to go back to the factory for service. With your permission we will send the watch for you and follow up with any estimate prior to work being done. Factory repairs typically take 6-8 weeks but could take longer depending on the circumstance.
