HOW THEY MET:
We met junior year of college at the University of Michigan. Mollie’s sorority was hosting a party and Evan came with his friends. We starting talking that night and the rest is history!
PROPOSAL STORY:
We had a double-date planned with some of our best friends. It was a perfect Friday night in NYC — one of the first nice nights of the spring so Evan suggested walking The High Line before going downtown for dinner. As we walked up the stairs at the 23rd street entrance, Evan started reminiscing about the first time we walked The High Line — we had just graduated from school and officially decided to try long distance while Mollie lived in Chicago. We were laughing and sharing our memories from that trip when Evan got on one knee and proposed.
THE RING:
Mollie’s ring is an elongated radiant stone with two trapezoids on either side.
