Online Sales Shipping
All purchases will be shipped/insured free of charge the next business day via 2-day FedEx delivery. If next-day delivery is required, a $50 charge will be added.
Online Sales Returns
Jewelry may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase. The original sales receipt must accompany the return, and the jewelry must be in new and unworn condition.
Watches may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 10 days of the original purchase. The original sales receipt must accompany the return, and the watch must be in new and unworn condition in the original box.
Returns can be made for free in-store or shipped back to the store at the customer’s expense.
Alson Jewelers is an authorized dealer for all brands we sell. All items are brand new and come with the full manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
