Keeping in touch with our team, clients and designers is important to us, especially during this time when we’re all sheltering in place.  We recently checked in with jewelry designer Penny Preville to see how she is doing and what she’s been up to during this time of staying home.

What’s your go-to at home outfit?

Lululemon leggings and a t-shirt. Mostly barefoot; sneakers if I go out.

What are you cooking?

Panko crusted chicken and roasted vegetable, delicious chicken meatballs.

What has inspired your designs during this time at home?

I’m currently working on concepts for a collection that is uplifting and meaningful.

What’s your favorite song right now on your playlist?

I’m playing Today’s Top Hits or Classic Rock on Alexa for background music in the house.

What are you binge watching on Netflix?

The Morning Show on Apple TV, Unorthodox on Netflix.

What piece of jewelry are you wearing during this time that is meaningful to you?

I’ve been wearing one of my new Love Locks from our Spring collection.  The heart shape reminds me to be grateful and find joy in each and every day.

What are you reading?

I love looking through my art history books for inspiration and I’m reading the newspaper daily.

What’s bringing you joy?

FaceTiming with my kids and grandchildren; and lots of walks with my husband Jay.

What are you looking forward to most?

Hugging and kissing my kids and grandchildren!

Favorite snack?

Oreo Thins with hot English Breakfast tea with a splash of skim milk.

What is your quarantine cocktail?

Santa Margarita Pinot Grigio

Where’s your favorite place to hang out in your home?

My kitchen!

Favorite workout?

Long walks around the neighborhood and yoga.
