Watch Repair – Is your watch in need of a tune-up? Stop in to Alson Jewelers and let our WOSTEP Certified watchmaker evaluate your timepiece in our state-of-the-art watch repair center. We are an Official Rolex Jeweler and authorized to repair most Swiss timepieces, including Rolex and Cartier. We also replace all watch batteries and pressure test watches on premises to insure its water resistance. On Saturday’s we replace batteries and do minor watch adjustments while you wait. On all other days the watch must be left with us overnight and will be ready the next day after 1pm. Don’t wait another second to have your watch inspected. We’ll have it working like new in no time!

Insurance Appraisals – Our experts at Alson Jewelers recommend having your jewelry appraisals updated every few years to ensure they are listed at current replacement value. All you have to do is bring in your items with any prior paperwork (if applicable). An appraisal generally takes about 2-3 days to complete.
Sell your Diamonds, Gold, or Swiss Watches – Do you have a diamond ring, gold jewelry, or a Swiss watch you no longer wear? Bring the piece (or pieces!) in to Alson Jewelers for a thorough evaluation– the process is fast, easy, and confidential. We will inspect your items on the spot and write you a check while you are in the store. You may also decide to trade-in your pieces and if so, we will give you 30% more for an in-store credit to use on anything at Alson Jewelers!
Interest-Free Financing – At Alson Jewelers, we offer interest-free financing for up to 12 months. Stop in today and fill out an application– the process is fast and easy!
Return Policy – If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, please bring the item back, along with your original receipt, and within 30 days of the purchase, to receive a full refund. For all watches, you have 10 days to return the item and must bring the original box and packaging with you. In all cases of return, the item must be unworn and in its original condition. Special orders and custom pieces are non-returnable.
